DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery within the UK now only £3 per order (excluding the Channel Islands), Ireland, Channel Islands and Europe £5 per Item. Outside Europe (EU) At this moment we only deliver within the EU states. All deliveries are sent with Royal Mail "Signed For" If someone isn't present to accept the delivery a card with the details of how to collect your parcel from the Post Office will be left. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery, but in general delivery should be much sooner than this. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been despatched. RETURNS POLICY
When you purchase goods over the internet from us you will not have had the opportunity to try the items on and inspect them before making a payment. Because of this, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled by law to return them and receive a refund. Please read below on how to return items to us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNING ITEMS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in their original condition (see section below for what constitutes 'original condition'), complete the returns form on the back of the despatch note and post it using the returns-label attached within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will then refund the value of the item/s, excl shipping-cost, when they arrive back to us.
EXCHANGING ITEMS FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE ONLY
In order to guarantee getting a different size we would advise purchasing the new size from the website and return the size not required following the 'Returning items' above. Alternatively, complete the details above and state what size you require. Providing we have the size available when we receive the item back, we will send it to you within five working-days.
FAULTY ITEMS
If the item you received is faulty, please complete the returns form including details of the fault in the comment-box on the back of the despatch note and post it using the returns-label attached. Please return faulty items as soon as possible. We regret we can not assist with items purchased more than 4 weeks prior to being returned back to us. In the case of a faulty item we will refund postage charge. Please note however, if the goods for any reason are not considered to be faulty, you will be charged the additional postage & packaging before the goods can be returned to you.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
If the item you received does not match what is stated on your original order, please complete the returns form on the back of the despatch note and post it using the returns-label attached. Please return it to us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of receipt. To guarantee that we will still have the item you ordered in stock, it is advisable to notify us by email as soon as possible so that we can reserve the item.
DISCOUNT/SALE PRICES
If a discount was applied to your original order, any item returned for refunding will only be refunded to the value of your original purchase value.
RETURNING ITEMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION
When returning clothing or footwear please make sure that when trying items on, you are not wearing any make-up, perfume or deodorant which in any way, might leave a scent or a mark on the item. The item must also be returned in any original packaging, with all tags still attached and must not have been worn (other than to try on) or washed and must be in the condition the item left lighthouseonlineboutique. Making sure the packaging used to return items is adequate for the job.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNING ITEMS
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Send your returns through the Post Office, using Royal Mail "Signed For" service only. Always retain proof of postage. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We have enclosed a returns-address label for you to use.
